Flick asks about the effect of Government legislation on Human Rights in China

I questioned the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs on the situation of the awful human rights offences in China. The Conservative Governments' implementation of the Magnitsky legislation has helped us make these designations, and along with the United States, the European Union and others, we can condemn countries with poor human rights records.
