Today I asked the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, the Rt Hon James Cleverly, about the deteriorating oil tanker on the coast of Yemen, FSO Safer. Now there are funds, I asked the Secretary of State when the oil will be offloaded and the tanker made safe.
