I know how incredibly frustrated you must all be feeling knowing that we have to self isolate for another three weeks, but it's incredibly important that we keep this horrendous virus under control.
We need to see a consistent fall in the number of people being admitted to hospitals and getting the virus, and unitl we can get a reliable antibody test (which tells us who has had the virus) we have to rely on the antigen test (which tells us who currently has the virus).
Until we get that sorted we need to stay at home. Please, stay at home for another 3 weeks, protect the NHS and save the lives of your family and your loved ones
