I had a lovely morning today at opening of the Repair Cafe at the Methodist Church in Waltham Chase. A fantastic community idea to help stop people throwing away stuff that just needs a simple repair. It cost £40m to collect out rubbish and £60m to sort it and recycle in Hampshire so the more we can keep equipment going the better. I got to cut the cake - it was delicious. The Repair Cafe will meet monthly so if you have some expertise or want something fixed, look out for the dates.
