It seems extraordinary that it was 40 years ago that our troops left for the Falklands. I know many of those veterans are still feeling the effects of that war and we continue to remember the 255 young men that did not return. I went to the Falkland Islands in February 2016 and we visited and cleaned many of the memorials to those brave men who lost their lives.
