Meon Valley MP Flick Drummond is holding a forum next month where experts will discuss healthcare challenges in the constituency and how they can be tackled.
Those attending the event at Denmead Community Centre on November 18 include: Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust chief executive Penny Emerit and Clinical Director Mid and North Hampshire Dr Victoria Osman-Hicks.
Others on the expert panel are: Chief Officer Community Pharmacy South Central Deborah Crockford, Patient Participation Group representative David Crichton and Honorary Secretary Hampshire & IOW Local Dental Committee Keith Percival.
Following a debate about the issues chaired by Flick there will be a Q&A session for the public who attend.
The forum is the latest in a series held by Flick covering important subjects such as broadband provision and the cost of living.
“I hope the public will come along and take part in this important event where local experts can discuss, explain and answer concerns and questions about our health services in Meon Valley,” said Flick.
“My forums have become a great way for local people to be made aware, enlightened, and reassured about important issues and that I am working hard to make sure action is taken.
“If you are interested, please do sign up to attend.”
The event is taking place on Friday 18th November from 4 to 5pm.
