Come and attend my Older People's Fair!
The aim of the Fair is to give older people, their families, and friends a chance to speak with a wide range of support, voluntary and social activity groups available within Meon Valley.Confirmed attendees include care consultants and organisations, teams who work with supporting people to live well with specific medical conditions, activities to prevent social isolation as well as advice and support organisations
