Hampshire Day today alongside St Swithun’s Day so hoping that the legend of 40 days rain if it rains on St Swithun’s Bridge does not happen today although the weather forecast is not brilliant. Hampshire MPs had a productive day with the Leader, Cllr Rob Humby, and Deputy Leader, Cllr Roz Chadd, in Winchester yesterday discussing a wide range of local issues.
