Today I spoke in the King's Speech debate on 'Breaking Down Barriers to Opportunity'. I spoke about education and what else I think can be done. I am particularly keen for the Government to take forward implementing a children not in school register which was in the Ten Minute Rule Bill I introduced last session. I look forward to seeing the Government's response on this.
